Franz Sarangaya’s story is one of perseverance and determination. Born and raised in the Philippines, he moved to Houston, TX, in 2007 at just 13 years old. At 25, he left college to pursue the American Dream, starting and scaling a successful landscaping business before transitioning into real estate.

In 2020, he and his wife purchased their first home with zero down, leveraging savings to invest in additional properties. Over time, Franz turned his expertise into a mission—helping others navigate homeownership and financial freedom. With over 450 homes sold and $150M+ in loans approved, he continues to empower families through homeownership.
